Meet the Team.

DIRECTOR

Nick has worked in tennis since 1994. He is a Master Performance Coach and LTA Tutor. As a coach he has worked with all ages and stages from beginners to international juniors and world class disability tennis players. As a tutor Nick delivers Level 3, 4 and 5 qualifications and regularly consults on content creation for the LTA.

Nick has a track record of leading teams within tennis. Nick worked as national lead for 12 indoor tennis centres for GLL and now as Director of GTG and Operations Director of Premier Tennis (GTG’s sister company).

COACH EDUCATION MANAGER

Mel has a degree in Art and Design and worked in Fashion publishing before having children.

Mel has worked for GTG for 8 years and is responsible for all the logistics for qualification and CPD from initial scheduling through to completion. Mel support both learners and tutors through the qualifications and is a huge contributor to GTG’s excellent completion rates. Mel is also Safeguarding and HR manager.

Mel plays tennis and netball and is co chair of one of the south’s most respected performance netball clubs with alumni playing for the England Roses national squads.

CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

Imogen has 4 years of customer service experience and is committed to helping customers have the best experience possible.

She enjoyed tennis camps as a child, and is eager to help others have the same experiences. She also loves paying badminton with family and friends.

Sam has a BSc in Sport Coaching with a specialism in tactical analysis.

He transfers his passion for sport, health & fitness into his customer service role offering customers an excellent experience.

Kylie has over 4 years of customer service experience. Kylie loves helping people and enjoys the variety of her job.

In Kylie’s spare time she enjoys reading and playing games with friends and family.

Kylie played tennis as a child and is keen to get back out on court now she’s working in a tennis operation!
